"Health care is changing" - this words were delivered by Andy Hetzel on the occasion of new Blue Cross marketing campaign start.
Blue Cross the first-string Michigan's insurance provider operates 70% of the insured population of the state, but lost $144 millions last year because of Michigan's economic skidding.
To improve the situation and engage new consumers the insurer intends to boost its services on TV commercials. This year marketing effort will include simple health care talking and will not inform about insurance changes or rate hikes. In such a way Blue Cross intends to tell about knowing and understanding people's life problems and about company's pulling out all the stops in addressing people's health care needs.
